Board Members:

Bill Campbell - Chairman of the Board
Mr. Campbell assumed his role as chairman of the board of directors in August 1998. From 1994 to 1998, Mr. Campbell served as the president and chief executive officer of Intuit. Mr. Campbell additionally served as CEO of the company from September 1999 until January 2000.

During his tenure at Intuit, the company's market value grew from approximately $700 million to nearly $3.0 billion as the company solidified its position as the clear leader in tax, personal finance and small business accounting software. During that time, the company also invented a whole new class of Web-based finance businesses delivered through Quicken.com, Intuit's Web site.

For the three years prior to joining Intuit, Mr. Campbell was the president and chief executive officer of GO Corporation, a pen-based computing software company. Prior to that, Mr. Campbell was the founder, president and CEO of Claris Corporation, which was purchased by Apple Computer Inc. in 1990. Before starting Claris, he was Apple's executive vice president, group executive of the United States. Mr. Campbell joined Apple Computer in July 1983 as vice president of marketing. He added the title of vice president of sales in January 1984, and in September 1984, his duties were expanded to include distribution, service and support when he was promoted to executive vice president. In June 1985, he was named group executive of the United States. Mr. Campbell came to Apple from Eastman Kodak Company, where his last assignment was general manager of Consumer Products for Kodak Europe. Prior to joining Kodak, he was vice president of J. Walter Thompson, a New York based advertising agency.

Before entering the industry, Mr. Campbell was the head football coach at Columbia University for six years and he was recently appointed to the university's Board of Trustees. He is presently a director of the National Football Foundation and Hall of Fame. In August 1997, he was appointed to the board of directors at Apple Computer Inc. He also serves on the board of Opsware, Inc. (formerly Loudcloud). Mr. Campbell holds both a Bachelors and a Masters degree from Columbia University.

Anthony L. Snoody
Anthony L. Snoddy is the President and 100% owner of Material Forming Company, based in Ypsilanti, Michigan. The company is a manufacturer of a patented material for pallets and other products, for use in North America. An accumulation of business experiences over thirty-two years has established Mr. Snoddy's manufacturing prowess, which is used to bring creative value added processes and products to market.

The majority of the experiences were in manufacturing, materials management and purchasing within the automotive industry. Nineteen of those years were with General Motors Corporation at various divisional offices and manufacturing plants. During the late 1970's, Mr. Snoddy had responsibility for Chevrolet Divisional Minority Supplier Development. Prior to his departure, he had responsibility for the development and implementation of unique corporate procurement strategies at the General Motors World Headquarters. His GM corporate tenure ended in 1991, when he entered into a joint venture, as majority owner of Exemplar Manufacturing Company.

Exemplar began, as a metal fastener plant in Ypsilanti, Michigan with 63 employees and $9.3 million in annual sales. This price competition business provided an opportunity to demonstrate how to take innovation to market. During the mid 1990's Mr. Snoddy had become co-inventor of an “Anticross-Thread Fastener” patent named MAThread. Exemplar was provided a license and introduced this unique fastener thread design to the automotive industry. As a result of this strategy, Exemplar experienced the highest annual sales percentage growth in the industry for seven years. The MAThread design (www.mathread.com) remains a leading innovation in the fastener industry.

Business plan adjustments were made and within ten years, the company grew to $380 million in booked sales, through strategic joint ventures. Also, product lines were diversified to include; metal fasteners, mechanical assemblies, electro-mechanical assemblies, electrical wiring harness, flex-cable and printed circuit boards. Exemplar employed over 3,500 people, located in nine (9) facilities throughout North America; (1) Ontario, Canada, (2) Michigan, (1) Arizona, (5) Sonora, Mexico. Based on the company's cost, quality, delivery and “Full Service Engineering” capability, customers awarded Exemplar complete electrical systems responsibility for three (3) vehicle platforms. Mr. Snoddy acquired 100% ownership of the company in 2000. The electrical business had evolved into the largest American privately owned automotive electrical wiring systems manufacturer in the United States.

Mr. Snoddy has experience conducting business internationally. Additionally, he has created joint ventures, which have comprehended the complexities of privately held partners and publicly held, Fortune 500 company partners. He participates as an investor in several small to medium size businesses, which are involved in consulting, communications, distribution, importing, intellectual property, manufacturing and realty.

Anthony L. Snoddy's achievements in business have been recognized by numerous organizations over the years. He implemented efficient and robust manufacturing, quality and information processes, which achieved the industry required “QS-9000 Certification.” His company earned the following OEM automotive customer recognition; Chrysler-Gold Pentastar , Ford - Q1, GM-Mentored Supplier, GM-Supplier of the Year World Wide. At the "First Tier" customer level, his company attained the Johnson Controls, Inc. - North American Supplier Leadership Gold Award. Mr. Snoddy was the two-year consecutive recipient of the Michigan Minority Business Development Council-Diamond Award. His company, have been ranked among the top 20 Black Owned Businesses in the USA by Black Enterprise Magazine. He and his company have been recognized as the Executive of the Year and Supplier of The Year by African Americans On Wheels Magazine. The National Association of Industrial Technologist awarded Mr. Snoddy the Outstanding Industrial Technologist Award. Eastern Michigan University inducted him into their Entrepreneur Hall of Fame.

Mr. Snoddy serves on the Michigan Minority Business Development Council (MMBDC) Board of Directors. He also serves as the current Chairman of the MIC Manufacturing Sector - Level II for the MMBDC. He has served on the Daimler Chrysler Diversity Council and the General Motors Diversity Council. Mr. Snoddy serves as a Foundation Board of Trustee-Emeritus for Eastern Michigan University. He actively supports the UNCF, NAACP, and St. Joseph Mercy Hospital. Area youth and colleges benefit from scholarships he has created and supports.

Mr. Anthony L. Snoddy graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Industrial Technology, in 1973. His post-graduate work in business was at Central Michigan University. Executive Management Training was completed at Harvard Business School and Northwestern University-Kellogg Graduate School of

Mr. Snoddy was born in Longview, Texas. He is married with two daughters and one son and resides in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
